Briefly (Gods And Monsters)

jhetiIt's not a queer theory post; stop drooling.
So I was at the arcade, and there was a dude there. And he was kinda fug but decent looking Enough, and I'm thinking, An actual Potential Friend! and stuff. And he's playing Guitar Hero or w/e, and he knows all the songs.
Like. Aerosmith and NIN and (insert act that impresses thirtysomethings and Boomers; I've been old since I was in diapers whut). And he's totally going for it, and I'm thinking, Yeah, I wanna be his friend.
And he's a vampire.
Only, instead of dazzling me, he's whiny and wheedly and pushing for something he ain't gonna get. Namely, my blood. Because, hello, that's a predator and all of a sudden I have a survival instinct, and goddamnit why did it have to be this, he was so cool, too.
So. Cynical, as always; thanks, how are you.
But now I'm torn. Should I be all DOWNERFACE! that it was a disappointing pressure-y dream, or excited and happy that this is my first ever actual dream about meeting a guy? Meaning even I am actually capable of something normal.

Although, uh, that's based entirely on the trailers for a film I have no real want to actually watch, seeing as Edward is Fated to Win. But seriously, topless werewolf guy?
I'd hit that. Like the fist of an angry deity. Downhill with the brakes off. XD
