I. Um. Jade and Kitana: for the win at American Idol? Complete with the ever-popular viewpoint table-tennis that makes me wonder why more people don't just use third person all the time. I've spent too long in Mileena's narrative voice. She's just kind of spluttering with helpless rage and doing this--wavy-choppy-killing-thing--with her hands. But. Some of the adjectives. Nouns and adverbs. We're talking sleek tactile concepts. (I'm so humble. XD) Boy, do their outfits "cling nicely" a lot in this fic.

lt's a bit earnestly constructed to be trolling. Trying too hard. Also, the song is not Evanescence. Or maybe I'm just desperate for my subtext. Either one.
