Today I got honest with myself about what I wanted to houseclean on my computer and recovered several gigs of working space. That's excellent, to my mind. I should thus have enough room to download the [Six] Gods of Mars anime, which is just over eleven gigs in size for some strange reason. Sixty-four episodes is a lot, I grant you, but I have twenty episodes of another series at crisp resolution with a good screen size, and they're three gigs total. Twenty-forty-sixty episodes, reasonably, makes nine gigs at about that compression rate.

I realize I'm dyscalculaic, but correct me only if I am wrong in positing that

Nine is not eleven.

Isn't it so?

I fail to see how four episodes could equal two gigs, unless they were taken from the original master footage and hand-cleaned frame by frame, and even that strains credulity, not to mention plausibility, and their lesser cousin, likelihood.

Yes. I do think like that. I both write and talk like I think.

There are problems with that sentence lexically and semantically, but not logically, and I'm not certain you can adverb "diction", though I wouldn't mind trying.

Mmm, adverbs. <3

Wait, what was I saying?

Ex dee.

I also have gorgeous widescreen yuri softcore with spaceships.

Here, to make it relevant: it's about thirty episodes at about five gigs, closer to the [Six] Gods model, which then leads me to hope for a nice pretty transfer even though it's a hokey old space war opera thing.

I have a weakness for those. Just, I can't stand the mecha of it all, but oh, the commanders and their officers in their girly togas, standing around being DIRE and MAKING EMPTY THREATS TOWARD A DISTANT AND IMPLACABLE OPPONENT.

Oh. *Fans self.*
