Would you really be able to do that? Knowing THE END was coming, you would stick your face in the sand and proceed as normal?
It's what I'm presently doing. Consider that continuing requires no additional effort once one starts.
I have replaced my will to live and desire to do right with raw ambition and base lust.
I suppose I will awaken on my deathbed and moan about not taking the high road. The old and the dying are always frightened of hell.
In the interim: I do not anticipate ever feeling good again.
There is no escaping this pit. Gravity has laws.
I am not afraid. If it hurts, it works.
